 The Augusta Jones style is defined by contemporary clean lines with a twist - usually in the form of an unexpected bejewelled detail. Started in early 1999 by Charlotte Leung, her wedding dress label "Augusta Jones", set out to do things differently. She needed a range of bridal gowns that would fulfil three basic requirements: beautiful styling; flexibility of the range to suit a variety of shapes; and affordability. The dilemma was finding an existing line that could fulfil all three criteria. In the end she decided to design a small line for her own shop to offer brides these options. So successful was her initial collection that she launched the range in England in September 1999. The label is now available in over 150 shops worldwide.
